 Here is the home page of my website, as it is a BBC 4 documentary I wanted it to be simplistic as I feel this fits the house–style well. I also added a list of a link of social media pages and some awards which my documentary has won. This proves good potential to the audience of my documentary. I may add a photo to add more to the home page.

As you scroll you will find a selection of photos linking to my documentary, including a photo similar to the poster. I chose a photo similar to the poster to link in with the branding. I also added photos from the Moss Side in Manchester and to contrast a church in Manchester. 

I then have a slide of reviews, I think that this is an important feature as it gives hope to the audience that the documentary will be good, especially as I used respected critiques. I chose critiques which link to my primary, secondary target audience and demographic as this should influence them to want to watch my documentary. 

You will then find a quick trailer which I created for my documentary, although I still have some editing to complete for this including adding sound.

I have also added different sections which when you click on them will add extra information behind my documentary, I will add an image example below.

I also decided to add credits, I used names which would be known to help create a documentary similar to my own to add recognition to the audience.

I also added contact details at the bottom so people can get in touch.

What else to improve? 

 

I think that I will add a screening page so the audience know when my documentary will be produced.
